  1)      Date: Friday, April 20, 2007

  2)      Rain date: Monday, April 23, 2007

  3)      Invite children to Earth Day

  4)      SimmCorp wants a booth with a game (Christine to ask for details)

  5)      PETA Stickers: Emily

  6)      Student projects: ask teachers to offer extra credit to students who create projects

  7)      Environmental Posters: ask Mrs. Rocchio

  8)      Reprint last years letters/contracts

  9)      Better map of campus

  IV.  Meat-Out:

  V.  Recycling:

  1)  Elissa emailed Mary Most

                          a.  Found out Schools don’t recycle metal

                          b.  Waiting for email response

              2)  Catherine created Survey to hand out to classes

              3)  Recycling Movie:

  a.  Natalia and Holly

  b.  Elissa to give them specifics about what to put in movie

              4)  Johanny bring in Golden Apple project by next Tuesday

              5)  Recycling Inspection: must ask custodian in advance to have unlocked doors

              6)  Nola: research companies that collect used computers to recycle

   

  VI.  Holiday Sales:

  1)      Raised $198

  2)      Thanks to everyone who sold!

  3)      February Valentine’s Day bake sales

   

  VII.  Responsibilities:

  a.       talk to Mrs. Cooper about:

                                                                 i.      Check policy of animals on campus

                                                               ii.      Clear Earth Day date and rain date

                                                              iii.      Clear Valentine’s Day sales dates

  b.      Find out information on tabling company

  2)      Elissa:

  a.       ask at Advisory Board meeting to let teachers take students out to Earth Day

  3)      Suzie:

  a.       Saga Grant

  b.      Contact ConEdison

  c.       Work with Petry on Al Gore letter

  4)      Petry:

  a.       Work with Suzie on Al Gore letter

  b.      Email everyone reminders of their responsibilities
